KARACHI: Pakistan Independence Day has prompted Japan’s Consul-General in Karachi, Hattori Masaru, to extend heartfelt congratulations and warm wishes to the people of Pakistan on the country’s 79th Independence Day.
On behalf of the Consulate-General of Japan in Karachi, Hattori conveyed his best wishes to Pakistanis and expressed hope for continued peace, progress and prosperity.
Japan-Pakistan Friendship
Hattori said Japan and Pakistan have maintained a longstanding friendship based on mutual respect, trust and cooperation.
He noted that the two countries have strengthened their relationship over the years and expanded cooperation across various fields.
The Japanese consul-general expressed hope that bilateral friendship would continue to grow in the coming years.
He said stronger ties would bring the people of Japan and Pakistan even closer together.
