Karachi: Rising fashion designer Murk Tariq Bajari officially launched her luxury label Murk with a dazzling fashion showcase in Karachi, unveiling her debut collection ‘Floréal’ to much acclaim. The event marked a significant moment in Pakistan’s fashion calendar, introducing a fresh voice to the industry.
‘Floréal’—a refined mix of luxury prêt, formal wear, and bridal couture—showcased the designer’s signature style, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern silhouettes and vibrant aesthetics.
A Night of Fashion, Music, and Glamour
The grand event opened with celebrated model and host Mushk Kaleem, who set the tone for a night of elegance and artistic flair. A visually captivating fashion film featuring actress Hania Aamir preceded the runway, adding cinematic depth to the designer’s debut narrative.
Taking the stage, Murk Tariq Bajari expressed gratitude to her family and supporters.
“Murk is not just a brand—it’s a piece of me,” she said. “I hope ‘Floréal’ resonates with every individual who believes in self-expression through style.”
The runway presentation left attendees spellbound with its attention to detail, innovative cuts, and vibrant color palettes. A live performance by singer Affan Khan, singing his hit track “Pal Pal”, infused the event with energy and rhythm.
The night reached a dramatic high as acclaimed actress Sarah Khan graced the runway as the showstopper, earning thunderous applause.
