Pakistan have stepped up preparations for the second Test against England with their first training session at Lord’s in London.
The team held a three-hour session after travelling from Leeds. Players completed physical exercises and fielding drills before taking part in separate batting and bowling sessions.
Captain Babar Azam also joined the training. He took part in fielding drills and later completed an extensive batting session.

Babar missed the opening Test because of a finger injury. However, his return to full training provides a boost for Pakistan ahead of the second match.
The second Test will begin at Lord’s on Thursday. Babar is expected to return to Pakistan’s playing XI if he continues to progress without any setbacks.
Pakistan will look to improve their performance in the second Test after the opening match against England.
