The Youth Ka Pakistan (YKP) Foundation organised the ceremony at Creek Club, DHA, to pay tribute to the heroes of the 1965 war.
The event also recognised the ongoing sacrifices of Pakistan’s Armed Forces, Rangers, Frontier Corps and Police in protecting the country.
Secretary of Sports and Youth Affairs Munawar Ali Mehsar attended the ceremony as chief guest. Former Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan, ISPR Sindh Sector Commander Brigadier Yaqoob Awan and other prominent figures also attended.
Among the participants were Anwar Haroon, Nouman Shiekh, Khalid Mehmood, Noor Islam, Dr Saher Khan, Farukh Najam and Tahir Ashraf.

Speakers paid tribute to members of Pakistan’s security forces for their services and sacrifices.

They also expressed support for the continued efforts of the Armed Forces and law-enforcement agencies to protect the country.
The ceremony highlighted the contributions of the heroes of the 1965 war while recognising the role of security personnel serving Pakistan today.
Awards Presented at Ceremony
The event concluded with YKP Foundation Chairperson Sabi Arsh distributing awards among speakers and participants in recognition of their contributions.
A Hi-Tea followed the award distribution, bringing the ceremony to a close.
