Sardar Shahid Laghari has once again been elected as a member of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of the Pakistan Overseas Employment Promoters Association (POEPA).
Following his election, Laghari thanked the association’s chairman and senior leaders who visited his residence to congratulate him on his success.
Those who extended their congratulations included Raees Nazir Ahmed, Syed Javed Hussain Zaidi, Munawar Ali Agha, Syed Khalid Jamal and Shakeel Ahmed Khan.

Laghari has previously served as chairman of the Pakistan Red Crescent and has been associated with relief, ration distribution and rehabilitation initiatives for communities affected by natural disasters, particularly in Sindh and Balochistan.
He has also supported welfare initiatives for flood victims and vulnerable communities through engagements with national and international personalities and institutions, including diplomatic representatives and military officials.
Expressing gratitude for the visit and the goodwill extended by his colleagues, Laghari said their encouragement was an honour for him.
His re-election to the POEPA Central Executive Committee marks his continued involvement in the overseas employment promotion sector.
