Mahmood Ahmed Khan also emphasised the need to address concerns faced by builders operating in Gwadar, a key investment centre under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
He said ABAD had previously raised builders’ concerns in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad with the relevant authorities. He expressed confidence that Hanif Gohar and his colleagues would also take up the issues of investors and builders in Gwadar at appropriate government forums.
Mahmood Ahmed Khan said the real estate and construction sectors remained closely connected to broader economic activity and job creation. He voiced optimism that the new ABAD leadership would use its experience and vision to support the industry and contribute to the country’s development.
