Saeed Ghani, UAE Consul General Discuss Labour Welfare and Bilateral Cooperation

Karachi: Sindh’s Minister for Labour, Human Resource and Social Protection, Saeed Ghani, met the Consul General of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Karachi, Dr. Bakheet Ateeq Ali Alayan Alremeithi, to discuss areas of mutual cooperation.
According to an official statement, the meeting focused on enhancing collaboration in labour welfare, human resource development, and social protection, while also exploring ways to further strengthen people-to-people and government-to-government relations between Pakistan and the UAE.
Ghani lauded the “longstanding brotherly ties” between the two countries and thanked the UAE for its continued support in multiple sectors. The Consul General, in turn, assured full cooperation and reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to advancing joint initiatives, particularly in labour rights and welfare.
Both sides agreed to deepen bilateral engagement and explore new avenues of partnership for the benefit of their citizens.
