Gold prices declined in both the international and domestic markets on Friday. As a result, the price of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs4,600 per tola in Pakistan.

Gold prices decline in Pakistan
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 24-karat gold fell to Rs427,436 per tola.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs3,944, reaching Rs366,457.
Silver prices also edge lower
Meanwhile, silver prices also recorded a decline.
The price of 24-karat silver fell by Rs61 per tola to Rs6,309.
Global market weakens
In the international market, gold prices dropped by $46 per ounce to around $4,050.
Furthermore, Sarafa dealers said local gold prices have fallen by a combined Rs6,400 per tola over the past two days, reflecting the downward trend in global bullion markets.
