The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has disposed of a petition seeking details of cases registered against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s sisters, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan.
Justice Shah Rukh Arjumand heard the petition, while Advocate Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry and Shaheena Shahab appeared on behalf of Aleema Khan. Usman Ghuman represented the government.
During the hearing, the government submitted a report detailing the proceedings against the two sisters. According to the report, Islamabad Police have registered three cases against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, while the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is conducting one inquiry involving both.
The government lawyer told the court that, based on the information available so far, the three police cases and the FIA inquiry are the only proceedings registered or pending against the sisters.

After receiving the report, the Islamabad High Court disposed of the petition.
The petition was filed through Barrister Salman Safdar. Shah Raiz Khan had originally filed the application in October 2024, when Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan were arrested.
