Bank Alfalah Inducts 29 Future Leaders in 11th Batch of Alfa Lead Management Trainee Program 2025

Karachi: Bank Alfalah, one of Pakistan’s premier commercial banks, has inducted 29 talented individuals into the 11th cohort of its flagship Alfa Lead Management Trainee Program 2025. Since its launch in 2015, the program has welcomed over 329 high-potential management trainees, equipping them with structured professional development, real-world learning, and strategic mentorship.
The Alfa Lead Program continues to be a cornerstone of Bank Alfalah’s leadership development strategy, nurturing the next generation of banking industry leaders. This year, the program received an overwhelming response, with more than 3,456 applications from top universities across Pakistan. After a rigorous selection process involving behavioral assessment games, detailed evaluations, and in-depth panel interviews, 30 exceptional candidates were shortlisted from diverse academic backgrounds including IBA, LUMS, NUST, FAST, Sukkur IBA, IoBM, Habib University, FCCU, DHA Suffa, and Royal Holloway, University of London.
The year-long program features immersive training, cross-functional departmental rotations, and one-on-one mentorship by senior leadership. It is tailored to accelerate growth in professional competencies, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
