KARACHI: Riyadh Air has opened ticket sales for its new direct flights between Riyadh and Pakistan, marking the airline’s official entry into the Pakistani market with services to Islamabad and Lahore.

The Saudi carrier announced that daily flights between Riyadh and Islamabad will begin on August 14, 2026. Meanwhile, three weekly flights between Riyadh and Lahore will commence on August 18, 2026.
New Routes Strengthen Pakistan-Saudi Links
The airline said the new routes will strengthen travel, trade and cultural ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Furthermore, the services will provide smoother connections for passengers travelling onward to destinations across Europe and the Middle East.
Riyadh Air added that the routes will also serve the large Pakistani expatriate community living in Saudi Arabia by supporting business, family and leisure travel.
Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners to Serve Routes
The airline will operate both routes using its new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
Passengers will have access to Business Elite, Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins. In addition, the aircraft will feature advanced in-flight entertainment, mobile connectivity, upgraded dining options and enhanced passenger comfort.
Flight Schedule
Riyadh Air will operate daily flights between Riyadh (RUH) and Islamabad (ISB) through two flight schedules.
The airline will also operate three weekly flights between Riyadh (RUH) and Lahore (LHE) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Loyalty Programme Offers Extra Benefits
The airline also introduced Sfeer, its loyalty programme for frequent travellers.

Members will receive the Best Offer Guarantee, complimentary onboard Wi-Fi, no expiry on loyalty points and priority access to bookings on future routes.
Expanding Global Network
Riyadh Air said the Pakistan launch forms part of its broader expansion across Asia.
The airline plans to connect passengers to more than 100 destinations worldwide by 2030, with Riyadh serving as a major international aviation hub.
