Real-time trade monitoring
According to PSW, the mobile app allows users to monitor import and export activities directly from their smartphones. It provides real-time updates on customs declarations, cargo clearance and other trade-related processes.
The application also helps users comply with regulatory requirements by offering timely notifications and streamlined digital services.
Online certificates and payment management
In addition, traders can access various certificates online through the app. They can also submit requests for provincial cess refunds and bank guarantee releases without visiting government offices.
The app includes a Payment Slip ID (PSID) feature and an integrated payment management system, making transactions more convenient and efficient.
Customer support for users
Furthermore, PSW has integrated a customer support service into the application. The feature is designed to assist users with technical issues and trade-related queries.
The organisation said the mobile app is part of its broader digital transformation strategy to modernise Pakistan’s trade ecosystem.
Faster and more transparent trade
PSW stated that the initiative aims to make cross-border trade faster, more transparent and more convenient. By offering key services through a single mobile platform, the organisation hopes to improve efficiency for importers, exporters and other stakeholders.
