Speaking during a meeting with Morocco’s Ambassador, Mr. Mohamed Karmoune, at Aiwan-e-Sadr, he emphasized the need to further enhance cooperation in diverse sectors for the mutual benefit of both nations.
The President expressed gratitude to Morocco for its support during the devastating 2022 floods in Pakistan, calling it a testament to the depth of friendship between the two countries. He underlined Pakistan’s strong interest in boosting economic relations, noting that Africa is on the cusp of significant economic growth, with Morocco — owing to its remarkable development — poised to play a leading role in regional prosperity.
