London: Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has stressed the importance of raising awareness about mental health issues and reducing the stigma associated with discussing psychological conditions.
Speaking to media at an event organized by the British Asian Trust in London, she said mental health should be treated with the same seriousness as physical illnesses.
