KARACHI: The 1st Karachi Platinum Lions Club held its prestigious Charter Presentation and Members Induction Ceremony with great enthusiasm at the Karachi Marriott Hotel, bringing together prominent personalities from business, diplomatic, social and community circles.
The grand ceremony was hosted by Fayyaz Ilyas, who welcomed distinguished guests and members of the Lions fraternity for an evening dedicated to humanitarian service, leadership and fellowship.
Chief Guest Haris Nawaz attended the event alongside Guests of Honor including Malik Khuda Baksh, Patron of the club Asif Sumsum and Ahsan Arshad.
During the ceremony, the official charter leadership team of the club was introduced. Asif Sumsum was named Patron, while Fayyaz Ilyas assumed the role of Charter President.
Other office bearers included Hussain Pardesi as Senior Board Member, Altaf Muhammad as Senior Vice President, Muhammad Ali as Vice President, Noureen Khan as Club Secretary and Shoaib Khan as Club Treasurer.
Speakers at the ceremony emphasized the importance of unity, social responsibility and community welfare while reaffirming the mission and humanitarian values of Lions Clubs International.
The event also provided an opportunity for networking and recognition among guests from various sectors of society, promoting collaboration for future welfare initiatives across Karachi.
