According to a report by the Daily Mail, a source close to the family said Kaia had a busy work schedule but has delayed a number of commitments following Presley’s death on September 20. The source said those around her have been understanding and that it remains unclear when she will return to work.
Another source described Kaia as struggling to fully process the loss, saying her brother’s death has been difficult for her to comprehend.
The source also said Kaia has been surrounded by family and longtime friends during the difficult period. Her parents, model Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, are reportedly among her main sources of support, along with her boyfriend Lewis Pullman and close friends.
Kaia and Presley were reportedly very close. A source described the siblings as best friends, highlighting the strong bond they shared.

Presley, 27, was found unresponsive at a rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica, California, on September 20. Santa Monica police are investigating his death as a suspected overdose and have said there is no indication of foul play.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has completed an autopsy, but the official cause and manner of death remain deferred while additional testing is carried out. The medical examiner said the investigation could take several months.
Presley’s family has asked for privacy following his death. Kaia, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber have not publicly detailed their grief beyond statements requesting privacy.
Kaia, who has established a career as a model and actress, has continued to receive support from those close to her as the family comes to terms with Presley’s death.
