Jet fuel prices increased by Rs13.23 per litre after the government approved another upward revision in petroleum product rates, according to official sources.

The increase has raised the price of jet fuel to Rs251.02 per litre.
The latest revision comes a day after the government increased the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel.
According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, petrol prices rose by Rs13.18 per litre. Meanwhile, high-speed diesel became Rs13.80 per litre more expensive.
Following the latest adjustment, petrol now costs Rs310.71 per litre.
The revised fuel prices have taken effect under the government’s fortnightly petroleum pricing mechanism.
