New Regus Location to Open in June 2025

The facility will offer private offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and creative work areas. IWG’s Design Your Own Office service will enable businesses and professionals to customize their workspaces according to specific needs.
Hybrid Working Gains Momentum in Pakistan
The decision to expand in Karachi comes as IWG experiences record-breaking revenue and growth. In the first half of 2024 alone, the company signed 465 new locations globally. With the shift towards hybrid working accelerating, commercial real estate trends indicate that 30% of all office spaces will be flexible by 2030.
The building owner has partnered with IWG to maximize returns on real estate investment by tapping into the growing demand for hybrid work environments. IWG’s Rs17 billion annual investment into its technology platform ensures top-tier design, fit-out support, and sales and marketing capabilities for partners.
