Indonesian Consul General Extends Eid Greetings to Pakistan

Karachi: The Consul General of Indonesia in Karachi, Mudzakir, has extended warm Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the people and government of Pakistan, expressing hopes for peace, prosperity and stronger bilateral ties between the two countries.
In his message, the Consul General conveyed best wishes to the nation, particularly the people of Sindh, praying that the occasion brings happiness, health and harmony to every household. He emphasised that Eid reflects the values of faith, forgiveness and unity, and expressed hope for Pakistan’s continued progress and stability.
Highlighting the longstanding relationship between Indonesia and Pakistan, he noted that both countries share deep historical ties, common values and expanding cooperation in areas including trade, education, culture and regional stability.
The Consul General expressed optimism that the festive occasion would further strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation between the two brotherly nations.
He also shared that the Consulate General of Indonesia in Karachi marked Eid with a simple congregational prayer attended by Indonesian nationals residing in Sindh. The celebrations were kept modest, reflecting a spirit of solidarity as Indonesia continues recovery efforts in disaster-affected regions.
Concluding his message, the Consul General reaffirmed the spirit of friendship between the two countries, expressing the slogan: Pakistan-Indonesia friendship Zindabad.
