Karachi: Russian culture center arranged an Iftar party to celebrate with disabled children at the Pakistan Independence Living Centre (PILC). The program took place under the supervision of Director Ruslan M. Prokhorov of the Russian House in Karachi where gifts distributed amongst the children.
