World leaders welcomed the US-Iran agreement and praised international mediation efforts.
The US-Iran Agreement has received widespread support from global leaders after the United States and Iran agreed to a framework aimed at ending years of conflict. The understanding reportedly includes an end to the US blockade of Iran and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most important maritime trade routes.

Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani expressed gratitude to Pakistan and other participating states for helping create favorable conditions for dialogue.
Meanwhile, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said the agreement could support economic recovery and contribute to a more secure Middle East. He added that determined implementation would be essential for achieving lasting results.
Their comments highlighted expectations that reduced tensions could benefit international trade and energy markets.
Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi welcomed the agreement and expressed hope for the safe and uninterrupted movement of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
