Karwan-e-Hayat Receives Over PKR 5 Million in Support Drive

Karwan-e-Hayat received fresh support as stakeholders gathered in Karachi for a high-level meeting aimed at strengthening healthcare services for deserving patients. During the session, medicines worth PKR 2 million were announced, while total pledges crossed PKR 5 million.

The initiative highlights the ongoing role of Karwan-e-Hayat in providing mental healthcare, rehabilitation, counseling, and community support. The latest contributions are expected to enhance its ability to serve patients in need and sustain long-term healthcare services.

Rear Admiral Shahid Ahmed Leads Meeting

The meeting was chaired by Chairman Karachi Port Trust Rear Admiral Shahid Ahmed, who emphasized the importance of collaboration between public institutions, private sector stakeholders, and philanthropic organizations.

He stated that collective efforts are essential to improve healthcare access for vulnerable communities. Moreover, he appreciated the participation of donors and encouraged continued support for welfare-driven initiatives.

Dr Danish Aman Mobilizes Community Support

Dr Danish Aman played a leading role in mobilizing the business and pharmaceutical community. He brought together stakeholders, philanthropists, and industry representatives to support Karwan-e-Hayat’s mission.

He highlighted the organization’s longstanding contributions to mental healthcare and urged participants to contribute toward strengthening its services. His efforts helped ensure strong engagement from multiple sectors.

Pharma Leaders Announce PKR 2 Million Donation

During the meeting, Fahad Ilyas Nainitalwala and Raza Zaidi announced medicines worth PKR 2 million for Karwan-e-Hayat patients.

Additional contributions from participants raised the total pledged support to over PKR 5 million. The announcement was welcomed as a positive step toward improving healthcare access for patients.

Brigadier Muhammad Younis Appreciates Support

Brigadier Muhammad Younis expressed gratitude to all attendees, donors, and pharmaceutical representatives. He appreciated their commitment to humanitarian service and social welfare.
