Karachi: Global Educational Secondary School, located in Shahnawaz Bhutto Colony, North Karachi, has launched a transformative initiative to provide completely free education for orphaned children from Class I to Class XII. This program aims to uplift underprivileged youth through access to quality education and emotional support.
School Offers Hope to Underserved Communities
With over 1,200 students and a team of 80 educators and staff, Global Educational Secondary School has become a trusted institution in the area. The school follows a values-driven, modern curriculum that prioritizes academic excellence, character building, and emotional well-being.
The new initiative ensures that no orphaned child is deprived of education due to financial constraints or lack of family support.
Urgent Need for Funding and Infrastructure Support
Operating on a nominal monthly fee of Rs. 1,000 from paying students, the school faces critical infrastructure challenges. Currently, only five washrooms serve the entire student body, and the institution lacks sufficient funding for expansion, learning materials, and teacher salaries.
A Call to Philanthropists, NGOs, and Government Bodies
The school appeals to foreign embassies, educational NGOs, CSR wings of companies, and philanthropic individuals to support this initiative. Contributions can fund:
