Lahore: inDrive, a global mobility and urban services platform, has entered into a strategic partnership with Abacus Outsourcing, a leading global BPO services provider, to revolutionize customer experience in Pakistan’s ride-hailing sector.

The launch ceremony was held at the Abacus Global Delivery Center, Shaheen Complex, Lahore, where senior leadership from both organizations reaffirmed their commitment to innovation and collaborative growth.
Representing inDrive were Awais Saeed (Country Head), Shadi Ibrakhim (Deputy Head of Support), and Andrey Bessonov (Supervisor), while Abacus was represented by Shaheryar Rafiq (Senior Executive Director) and Vice President Operations.
