The High Commission announced the new facility on X. It said the initiative supports the prime minister’s vision of improving services for overseas Pakistanis. It also expands the mission’s consular services.
Under the new system, applicants can transfer property through a secure digital platform. They no longer need a power of attorney, an agent, or a third-party representative.
As a result, the process is more transparent, faster, and more cost-effective. It also reduces paperwork and simplifies property transfers.
Moreover, overseas Pakistanis no longer need to travel to Pakistan only to complete property transfers. This change helps them save both time and money.
The High Commission confirmed that Mr Fazal and his family successfully completed the first direct digital property transfer through the new system. The successful transaction demonstrated the system’s efficiency and reliability.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan High Commission in London reaffirmed its commitment to supporting overseas Pakistanis. It said it will continue providing every possible assistance for direct digital property transfers.
