Honhaar Scholarship remains a key part of the Punjab government’s education policy. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said on Thursday that her government will continue supporting students until they achieve their goals.

She spoke at the inauguration of 10 campuses of the Nawaz Sharif School of Eminence in Arifwala. During the ceremony, she said the Punjab government is investing in education to help talented students overcome financial barriers.
She added that every deserving student should have access to quality education. According to Maryam Nawaz, no student should miss higher education because of limited financial resources.
Meanwhile, she described the Honhaar Scholarship Programme as one of the government’s flagship initiatives. The programme helps deserving students continue their studies without financial pressure.
Furthermore, Maryam Nawaz said Punjab’s youth have exceptional talent and great potential. She also promised to provide better educational facilities, scholarships and learning opportunities across the province.
Moreover, she said education remains one of the government’s highest priorities. She believes equal opportunities will prepare young people to lead Pakistan’s future development.
Finally, the chief minister reaffirmed her commitment to expanding educational initiatives. She said the government will continue investing in students and building a stronger education system.
