Karachi: In a significant step towards women’s empowerment, Xee Beauty’s Xee Learning Initiative and the Sirat E Mustaqeem Welfare Trust have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch structured beauty training programs for underprivileged women in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

The initiative aims to teach professional beauty skills, nurture self-confidence, and provide certified training that opens doors to employment and entrepreneurship. The collaboration reflects a shared vision to uplift communities and promote dignified livelihoods for women seeking economic independence.

Zehra Zahid, President of Xee Learning Initiative, emphasized the long-term impact of skills-based education. “If you teach someone to fish, you feed them for a lifetime,” she said, adding that her international experience from the USA, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan enables her to provide high-quality training to aspiring women.

The event featured heartfelt remarks from Ameena Bibi, a graduate of the program, who shared how the training allowed her to support her entire family.

H.R.H Miran Haider, honorary founding member, and Muzammil Malik, President of Sirat E Mustaqeem Welfare, praised the partnership. Shakeel Ahmad Baig was also announced as brand ambassador for the Skilled Daughter Project.

Certified training programs will soon begin at Sirat E Mustaqeem Vocational Centers.
