UAE Consul General Hosted a Reception

Consul general of the United Arab Emirates in Karachi Dr Bakheet Ateeq Al Rumaithi hosted a reception on the occasion of the international humanitarian Day2024. The reception was attended by representatives of various religious communities including Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus, Buddhists, Aga Khanis and Christians. Addressing on the occasion, consul general highlighted the principles of tolerance and importance of a dialogue between religions and cultures to promote human brotherhood so that understanding can be gained to build bridges of human harmony and civilization. The participants appreciated the mission’s efforts to create a conducive social environment to promote peace and social stability in the country.
