Fakt Exhibitions CEO joins PJBF board to enhance Pakistan-Japan trade cooperation and strengthen bilateral economic and investment ties.
KARACHI: Saleem Khan Tanoli, Chief Executive Officer of Fakt Exhibitions, has been elected as Director of the Pakistan Japan Business Forum (PJBF), marking a significant development in efforts to strengthen economic and trade relations between Pakistan and Japan.
With over two decades of experience in the exhibitions, services, and manufacturing sectors, Tanoli is widely recognized for his leadership in organizing large-scale trade exhibitions, business conferences, and networking events. His work has focused on creating platforms that connect industries, attract investment, and promote Pakistan’s business potential internationally.
His election to the PJBF Board of Directors is expected to further enhance bilateral business engagement and encourage new investment opportunities between the two countries. Industry stakeholders believe his experience and global outlook will contribute to advancing the forum’s objectives.
Tanoli has played an active role in promoting trade development initiatives throughout his career, consistently working to bridge local and international markets and support Pakistan’s economic growth through strategic partnerships.
Alongside his new role at PJBF, he also serves as Convener of the Central Standing Committee on Trade Promotion & Business Development at the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), as well as Vice President of the Asia Advertisement Association (AAA).
He remains engaged with several national and international business organizations, including the German Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GPCCI), Pakistan-China Joint Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCJCCI), International Chamber of Commerce Pakistan (ICC Pakistan), Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), Pakistan France Business Alliance (PFBA), and the Italian Development Committee (IDC).
His appointment is being viewed as a step toward expanding Pakistan’s global business connectivity and strengthening long-term economic partnerships.
