Speaking in a recent magazine interview alongside actor Abbas Ashraf, the two actors shared their views on parenting, relationships and social attitudes.

Abbas Ashraf said some men’s arrogance and sense of superiority often develop because of the way their parents raise them.

He explained that many families make their sons believe they are superior, the rightful heirs of the family and entitled to greater privileges.

Therefore, Abbas urged parents to raise sons and daughters equally. He said equal treatment can help prevent boys from developing narcissistic or self-centred personalities.

Qudsia Ali reflects on emotional insecurity

Responding to a question about relationships, Qudsia Ali said women who grow up without parental affection often seek emotional security elsewhere.

As a result, they may accept unhealthy behaviour and mistake short-term affection for genuine love.

However, she said she worked on herself over time, overcame those feelings and focused on personal growth.
