PUBG MOBILE’s Version 3.5 Update brings icy new challenges and features, available until January 7, 2025. Players can explore the Icemire Frontier, face the Frostborne Dragon, and unlock hidden treasures across Erangel, Livik, and Vikendi. This major update introduces Home Mode enhancements, World of Wonder features, and legendary items in Cycle 7 Season 21, along with fresh collectibles and new PvE enemies in Metro Royale.

Icemire Frontier Brings Icy Battles and Unique Gear

The Icemire Frontier offers unique winter-themed challenges across popular maps. Players can explore Frostheim, battle at Chieftain’s Stronghold, or uncover rewards at the Magic Crystal Mines. Exclusive to Erangel, the Dragon’s Lair lets up to three teams battle the Frostborne Dragon to win rare treasures, with special rules that make eliminations temporary.

New items include the Frostsoul Spear for teleportation and ice field creation, and the Frostsoul Warhammer, a melee weapon that generates ice walls. Two new mounts—the Mammoth for four players and the nimble Sabertooth Tiger—add strategic options for exploration and combat.

Classic Mode Updates with New Mounts and Tactical Gear

Erangel’s Spawn Island now features a Dance Stage, while horses join classic mode as two-person mounts across multiple maps, enhancing mobility and combat options. The new M79 Smoke Grenade Launcher provides fresh tactics, while PMGC 2024-themed locations and photo spots add excitement in anticipation of the major event.

World of Wonder: A Destructible Battlefield

The update introduces the Destructible Town map, where breakable walls and buildings transform battles in the Multiplayer Arena mode. In the Dorm Sniper Battle map, players engage in intense sniper duels with breakable cover. A Trending Tab now highlights player creations, and a Smart Generator feature makes building warehouses and residential areas easy. Themed mounts and the Frostsoul Warhammer enhance gameplay variety.

Metro Royale Adds Fierce Enemies and Valuable Winter Crates

Metro Royale introduces the Sabertooth Tiger as a formidable new PvE enemy at Misty Port and Arctic Base, where players can also find Winter Crates filled with valuable supplies. An optimized Lock Box system improves item storage and teamwork with crate-marking features.

Home Mode and Cycle 7 Season 21: Seasonal Rewards and Frosty Festivities

The winter-themed Home Mode features the new Home Butler, Lily, along with exclusive furniture and seasonal styles like Lavish Northern and Bay Cove Winter Castle. Players can also join the Frost Festival Event, transforming into snowballs for the Snowball Showdown, collecting Frost Points, and earning snow-building materials. Cycle 7 Season 21 debuts legendary items, including the C7S21 Mask and C7S21 MG3, with fresh tier rewards and updates to the Season Token Event Shop.
