Iran — Prominent local political leaders from District South and Saddar Town in Karachi have expressed deep sorrow and extended condolences over the reported martyrdom of Supreme Leader Ali Hosseini Khamenei and several Iranian citizens.
In a joint statement, the leaders expressed solidarity with the people and government of Iran, stating that they stand with their “brotherly neighbor” during this time of grief and national mourning.
The statement was issued by Abdul Rahman Motiwala (Vice Chairman, Saddar Town), Mustafa Karani (Former Youngest Councilor), Yasir Baloch (Former MNA & PTI District South President), Haji Ayub (Senior Vice President, PTI District South), and Abdur Rahman.
They prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and strength for the bereaved families, reaffirming their support and sympathy for Iran in what they described as a tragic national loss.
