Business Reporter

Karachi: inDrive.Delivery, the fair-play courier service by inDrive, has officially launched its new ‘Business Mode’ in Pakistan — a feature set tailored to entrepreneurs and small business owners. The launch follows a significant 36% surge in B2B courier activity over the past six months, reflecting growing demand for reliable and flexible delivery options among Pakistani SMEs.

Business Mode: Designed for Local Enterprises

The new Business Mode provides streamlined tools for frequent business senders, including:

  • In-app package coverage of up to PKR 10,000 in case of loss or theft (via Simpaisa)
  • Priority customer support with immediate response times
  • Advanced delivery options including real-time tracking, multi-point delivery, and courier selection based on ratings and price

These features are integrated into the existing inDrive app and require no extra registration, paperwork, or cost — making it accessible and instant for all regular business users.

Digital Adoption Rising Among Pakistani SMEs

A recent inDrive study shows that Pakistani small businesses are increasingly embracing courier apps for greater speed, flexibility, and delivery control. Key reasons cited by users include:

  • Ability to order multiple couriers on demand (63%)
  • Faster delivery times (57%)
  • Real-time tracking and control (48%)

Although 58% of businesses still operate offline, many are transitioning to digital platforms to meet evolving customer expectations.

Industries that are most active on inDrive.Delivery include fashion, electronics, restaurants, cosmetics, and auto parts — with some completing dozens of deliveries monthly.

Pilot Success and Market Impact

Early adopters of Business Mode have already shown higher engagement by placing more orders and using features like multi-drop routing more frequently. Customer satisfaction has doubled due to instant support and added reliability.

“Pakistani entrepreneurs are practical, ambitious, and increasingly digital — and Business Mode was built with exactly that mindset,” said Muhammad Awais Seed, Country Lead at inDrive.
“With trusted couriers, transparent pricing, and smart delivery tools, we are proud to support Pakistan’s small business community as it grows.”

A Long-Term Partner in SME Growth

As courier services become a core part of business operations, inDrive.Delivery aims to go beyond just logistics — positioning itself as a growth partner for thousands of SMEs across Pakistan.
