Karachi: The IK Fashion Show and the soft launch of “Mahi Store Man and Woman Fashion” captivated audiences at a five-star hotel, showcasing a blend of Eastern and Western clothing styles.

Renowned model and actress Nadia Hussain graced the event and highlighted the growing influence of fusion fashion. She stated that combining Eastern and Western styles is a transformative trend that is likely to expand further in the industry.

Asim Shamim, head of Mahi Store, shared his insights on the evolving role of clothing, stating, “Clothing has gone beyond just protection from weather. It is a science and a thriving industry offering employment to millions globally.” He called the “Fashion Show 2025” a significant milestone for Pakistan’s fashion industry.

The show featured prominent models such as Maryam Shah, Iqra Akhlaq, Maria Malik, Abeera Abbasi, Zahra Raza, and others, who showcased stunning designs. They emphasized the role of clothing in enhancing personality and serving as a medium for self-expression.

The event concluded with the soft launch of “Mahi Store,” which aims to redefine fashion by blending tradition with modernity. Prominent personalities from across the country and international models attended, adding glamour to the event.
