Gold prices rise further in Pakistan
Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trend on Thursday, with the 24-karat rate rising by Rs2,400 per tola to Rs459,736.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs2,058, reaching Rs394,149.
The latest increase extends gold’s strong rally in the domestic market. Gold has gained Rs29,400 per tola over the past five days.
Moreover, Thursday’s rise pushed the total increase over the last six days to Rs31,800 per tola.

Meanwhile, silver prices also moved higher. The price of silver increased by Rs62 per tola to Rs6,965.
In the international market, gold prices also advanced. The global rate rose by $24 per ounce to $4,373.
The continued rise in both domestic and international gold prices highlights sustained strength in the precious metals market.
