The collaboration aims to strengthen game publishing, developer support and global distribution for Pakistani-made mobile games.
ISLAMABAD: GameNow, JazzWorld’s dedicated gaming platform, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pakistani mobile gaming studio and publisher Finz to strengthen game publishing, developer enablement and content distribution in domestic and international markets.
The partnership comes as Pakistan’s mobile gaming industry continues to grow following a milestone year in 2024, when the country emerged as the region’s second-largest mobile game developer.
Under the agreement, Finz will contribute its expertise in game development, publishing and live game operations, while GameNow will leverage JazzWorld’s digital ecosystem and platform reach to help expand the visibility of locally developed games.
The two organisations said the collaboration aims to support the creation, growth and distribution of high-quality mobile gaming content while enabling Pakistani developers to reach wider audiences in international markets.
Ali Fahd, President of Jazz Lifestyle Ventures, said the company is focused on building digital platforms that create value beyond connectivity. He described gaming as an important pillar of the future digital economy and said GameNow is developing a publishing-led ecosystem that enables partners to scale content, expand market reach and unlock new business opportunities.
He added that the partnership reflects JazzWorld’s commitment to supporting Pakistani gaming talent and helping locally developed games compete on the global stage.
Zeeshan, Co-founder of Finz, said the company has built its expertise in developing, publishing and managing mobile games for players across multiple markets. He said the partnership with GameNow combines gaming expertise with digital scale to accelerate the international reach of Pakistani-developed games.
Pakistan’s gaming industry continues to expand rapidly, with the country’s gaming community projected to reach nearly 51 million players by the end of 2026. Industry stakeholders say the collaboration will bring together local talent, publishing expertise and digital distribution capabilities to support the continued growth of Pakistan’s mobile gaming ecosystem.
