Fatima Naseem Pakistani Athlete Reaches 10 Guinness World Records

Pakistani martial arts athlete Fatima Naseem has reached 10 Guinness World Records after setting two new marks, including one for delivering 340 punches in one minute while holding eggs in her hands.

In the punching challenge, Fatima completed 340 punches within 60 seconds while keeping the eggs intact. Guinness World Records recognised the achievement, which surpassed the previous mark of 331 punches set by Indian athlete Dibyajyoti Sarkar.

Fatima exceeded the previous record by nine punches.

She also set a new record in the stretching category by maintaining her balance between two chairs for one minute and 45 seconds. The previous record stood at one minute and 30 seconds.

Gold Prices Rates Fall in Pakistan and International Markets

The latest achievements took Fatima’s career tally to 10 Guinness World Records, making her, according to details released about her performance, the first Pakistani woman athlete to reach that milestone.

Fatima has previously broken records associated with renowned flexible athlete Liberty Barros, who has appeared on Got Talent programmes in Britain, the United States and Spain. She has also surpassed records associated with German martial arts athlete Paulina Glebova and Indian martial artist Kiran Uniyal.

Record-breaking has also become a family tradition for Fatima. Her father, mother, grandfather and brother have each secured Guinness World Records, with the family collectively claiming more than 180 world records for Pakistan, according to the available details.
