Dubai: Azizi Developments, Dubai’s leading private real estate developer, has launched sales for Burj Azizi, a landmark 725-meter tower set to become the world’s second tallest. The grand unveiling took place on February 18, 2025, at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, marking a major milestone in the company’s history.

A Star-Studded Launch Event

The prestigious event welcomed over 15,000 distinguished guests, including government officials, investors, business leaders, diplomats, and media representatives. The evening was further elevated by a spectacular performance from global icon Jennifer Lopez, making it an unforgettable occasion.

A Vision Turned Reality

Founder and Chairman Mirwais Azizi called Burj Azizi a “once-in-a-generation achievement”. He highlighted that the project required years of dedication and global expertise, symbolizing Dubai’s leadership in engineering and design. Strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower represents the city’s legacy of innovation and ambition.

A New Icon on Dubai’s Skyline

Set for completion in 2028, Burj Azizi will feature 131+ stories with an elite mix of residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces. Highlights include:

  • Luxury Mall – Home to high-end fashion brands
  • Exclusive Residences – One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments
  • Amenity Levels (Every 20 Floors) – Swimming pools, gyms, spas, cinemas, and business centers
  • Ultra-Luxury Penthouses – Private access to world-class facilities

Higher levels of Burj Azizi will house an all-suite, seven-star hotel, offering an unparalleled experience inspired by seven cultural themes—Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Indian, Turkish, French, and Russian. Guests will enjoy:
