Karachi: AirAsia X continues its strong growth momentum with the launch of a new route to Karachi, Pakistan’s largest city. A soft launching ceremony, at the PC Hotel Karachi, bringing together local travel and tour operators.
The ceremony was graced by Governor Sindh, H.E. Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, as the Chief Guest, along with esteemed guests including Minister Sindh, Mr. Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, aviation heads, and other concerned department heads. The AirAsia Airline Head and Consul General of Malaysia in Karachi, H.E. Herman Hardynata Ahmad, also honored the event with their presence.
The Omni Group, led by Mr. AG Majid and GSA Head Khawaja Ali K. Majid, played a pivotal role in facilitating this launch. Senior management team members, including Mr.Khawaja Salman, Adil Sohail, Adnan, and others, were also present, showcasing their commitment to delivering exceptional services.
With the Omni Group’s extensive experience in the aviation industry, AirAsia X is expected to deliver competitive fares, starting from PKR 58,999 all-inclusive one-way from Karachi to Kuala Lumpur. This new route will significantly impact the local aviation, travel, and tourism industry, enhancing connectivity, boosting tourism, and providing travelers with more options.
