Pakistan’s national cricket team met King Charles at Clarence House in London, where the British monarch spoke with players and team officials.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi also attended the meeting and discussed cricket with King Charles.
The conversation also covered Pakistan’s efforts to combat terrorism and promote peace and security in the country.
The British High Commissioner told King Charles that Pakistan and Naqvi had played an important role in supporting peace and stability in the region.
King Charles Encourages Pakistan Players
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Naqvi described the encounter as highly productive.
He said King Charles encouraged the Pakistani players and praised efforts aimed at promoting peace.

Naqvi Leaves UK for Pakistan
Following the meeting at Clarence House, Interior Minister and PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi left the United Kingdom to return to Pakistan.
The Pakistan team, meanwhile, remains in England for its ongoing Test series against the hosts.
