Independence Day celebrations brought together diplomats, politicians, industrialists and business leaders at Mundia House in Clifton, Karachi, as members of the city’s business and diplomatic community marked Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day in a spirit of patriotism and unity.
Prominent businessmen Abdul Basit Muhammad Ilyas Mundia and Muhammad Junaid Muhammad Ilyas Mundia hosted the reception, which attracted notable figures from Karachi’s business, social and diplomatic circles.

The reception provided an opportunity for business leaders and representatives from different sectors to meet and celebrate the national occasion together.
Among the guests were Ather Iqbal, Fazal Dadabhoy, Junaid Naqi, Allahwala Kalim Farooqui, Shoaib Ismail, Abdul Hameed Aslam and Pervez Haroon Madraswala.
