Naya Nazimabad hosted a vibrant Independence Day fair in Karachi, bringing families and children together for a day of entertainment, patriotic activities and community celebrations.
The event received support from Hassan Property and Builders and featured a flag-hoisting ceremony and cake cutting. Children remained at the centre of the festivities, enjoying free rides, slides and a jumping castle.
A giant gorilla became one of the fair’s main attractions. Children gathered around it, took photographs and enjoyed the unusual entertainment.
The organisers also arranged a musical programme, which attracted a large number of citizens. Food, cosmetics and other stalls added to the variety of activities available at the fair.

Chief Operating Officer Saeed Ahmed and the President of Naya Nazimabad earlier hoisted the national flag and cut an Independence Day cake. They also extended their best wishes for the development of the new project.
The celebrations concluded with a spectacular fireworks display, marking the end of the colourful Independence Day festivities.
Tariq Iqbal, head of HP Builders, said Naya Nazimabad is a high-quality housing society designed to meet public expectations.
He added that Hassan Residency I and II are among the company’s projects and would provide residents with a range of modern amenities.
