Both men received medical treatment at Kauvery Hospital. Doctors later discharged them after assessing their condition.
Meanwhile, Chennai traffic police have opened an investigation into the crash. Officers are examining how the collision occurred and the movements of both vehicles before the impact.

At 23, Ameen has already begun building his own career in the Indian music industry. He has worked as a playback singer and performed songs for several Indian films.
Despite carrying the legacy of his father, A.R. Rahman, Ameen continues to develop his own identity as a singer. He is now recovering at home and is expected to return to his musical work after his recovery.
