Career Counselling Session Held for Hospitality Trainees in Karachi
A comprehensive career counselling session was organized in Karachi by the Institute of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (Skilston) for trainees of the Benazir Bhutto Human Resource Research and Development Board (BBHRRDB), focusing on career planning and employment opportunities in the hospitality sector.
The session aimed to guide students in developing professional skills, improving employability, and understanding modern industry requirements in culinary arts and hotel management.
Emphasis on Skill Development and Modern Learning
Speaking as chief guest, BBHRRDB Secretary Engineer Munawar Ali Mithani praised Skilston’s efforts in providing technical and vocational training to youth.



He stressed that adaptation to modern trends is essential for success, adding that “skills are the real asset” in today’s competitive job market. He urged trainees to focus on discipline, dedication, and continuous learning to benefit from both national and international employment opportunities.

Skilston CEO Muhammad Afzal Siddiqui welcomed the guests and encouraged participants to refine their professional abilities. BBHRRDB Regional Consultant Engineer Taimur Ali and monitoring officers also participated in the event.
