Karachi: Undersecretary Eduardo Jose A. de Vega of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) of the Philippines visited Pakistan, marking his first official trip to Asia. This visit, initiated by Her Excellency Maria Agnes M. Cervantes, the Ambassador of the Philippines, underscores the growing significance of bilateral relations between the two nations.

The primary goals of Undersecretary de Vega’s visit include launching the Pakistan-Philippines Alumni Website and enhancing cultural exchange between Pakistan and the Philippines. These initiatives aim to strengthen the diplomatic and cultural ties between the two countries.
Special Dinner Ceremony
To commemorate the occasion, a special dinner ceremony was held at a local hotel in Karachi. The event featured a cake-cutting celebration, highlighting the importance of the visit.
