Karachi: TPL Properties has officially broken ground on Lagoon Views 1, the first residential tower at The Mangrove — Pakistan’s first mixed-use, sustainable creekside development located within the Cantonment Board Korangi Creek, Karachi.

The groundbreaking ceremony brought together leadership from across the TPL Group, including TPL Properties, TPL REIT Management Company (RMC), and TPL Developments, to mark the launch of a visionary project that merges smart living with environmental stewardship.

Redefining Urban Living in Karachi

Lagoon Views 1 is more than just a building. It is the beginning of a new way of life for Karachi,” said Ali Jameel, CEO of TPL Properties. “Our goal is to shape urban living that is both intelligent and environmentally responsive.”

World-Class Design and High Investor Interest

The architectural design of The Mangrove is being developed in collaboration with SSH, an internationally acclaimed firm known for human-centric and future-forward spaces.

Launched in February 2025, Lagoon Views 1 is scheduled for completion by Q3 2029, with early interest from overseas Pakistanis and local urban investors already gaining momentum. Bookings are now open at The Mangrove site office.
