KARACHI, August 21, 2026: Sfeer is expected to reach one million members this month, less than a year after Riyadh Air launched its lifestyle membership programme, the airline announced on Friday.
To mark the milestone, Riyadh Air will award one million Sfeer Points to its millionth member, who will also become the programme’s final Founding Member.
Riyadh Air will also recognise two existing Founding Members. The airline will select them at random, with each winner receiving 250,000 Sfeer Points.
The combined giveaway will therefore total 1.5 million points.
According to Riyadh Air, one million Sfeer Points could eventually provide more than 120 one-way Economy flights across its expanding network. Redemption is currently expected to become available later in 2026, subject to network rollout, availability and applicable redemption conditions.
The airline said the points could also support group travel. For example, a family of five could potentially use the points for multiple Economy trips, while a group of five friends could use them for approximately three Business Class round trips. Actual redemption values will depend on destinations and availability.
Riyadh Air describes Sfeer as a lifestyle membership programme that combines travel, benefits, experiences and partnerships.
Members currently receive points that do not expire under the programme’s existing terms and conditions. Other benefits include complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi, a “Best Offer Guaranteed” feature and access to partner offers.
Sfeer’s current partners include Hilton, Uber and muvi Cinemas, while Riyadh Air plans to add more benefits and experiences as its membership base grows.
Kim Hardaker, Riyadh Air’s vice president of Loyalty and Sustainability, said reaching one million members would mark an important milestone for the programme.
She said Sfeer aims to offer more than a conventional airline loyalty scheme by combining travel, experiences and partnerships.
Riyadh Air said Sfeer will introduce additional features as the programme enters its next phase of growth.
Members are expected to gain the ability to share Sfeer Points with friends and family. The programme also plans to introduce new challenges and community-focused features.
Another planned feature, Level Points, will allow members to progress through levels and gain access to additional benefits, recognition and experiences.
Riyadh Air said the programme will continue to evolve as the airline expands its network and partnerships.
