KARACHI: A high-level delegation led by Suhail Aziz visited PHMA House in Karachi, where they met with senior leadership of the Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PHMA) to discuss avenues of mutual collaboration in entrepreneurship development and international trade promotion.
During the meeting, discussions were held with Zonal Chairman PHMA Faisal Arshad Shaikh and General Secretary Khadim Rasool, along with PIBF General Secretary Mohammad Amir Rafih and other representatives from both organizations.
The leadership of both PIBF and PHMA focused on strengthening cooperation in key initiatives aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, industrial growth, and Pakistan’s export potential.
Among the proposed areas of collaboration were the Young Entrepreneurs Development Course initiated by PIBF, participation in MUSIAD Expo 2026 in Istanbul, and the establishment of a PHMA Pavilion at Mera Brand Pakistan Expo 2027.
Participants emphasized that both organizations share a common vision to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and enhance Pakistan’s visibility in international markets through trade expos, skill development programs, and business networking opportunities.
They also highlighted the importance of joint efforts in supporting young entrepreneurs, expanding export-oriented industries, and creating platforms that connect Pakistani businesses with global markets.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both sides expressing commitment to continued collaboration for the promotion of Pakistan’s business and industrial development.
