Karachi: Naya Nazimabad, Karachi’s premier gated community, is all set to celebrate Pakistan’s Independence Day with a vibrant lineup of patriotic events from August 5 to August 14.

This year’s theme, Jashn-e-Marka-e-Haq, reflects national resilience and unity in the wake of the recent war with India. Residents of Naya Nazimabad and the broader community are coming together in a show of solidarity with Pakistan’s Armed Forces, sharing a commitment to peace, strength, and pride.

Sporting and Entertainment Lineup

The festivities will begin with an array of sporting tournaments, including cricket, tennis, football, futsal, and swimming, promoting a healthy lifestyle and community engagement. Evenings will come alive with entertainment, including:

  • A musical concert featuring renowned local artists
  • A family games night with exciting prizes
  • A spectacular fireworks display to mark the grand finale

A Celebration of Community Spirit

Naya Nazimabad’s Independence Day celebrations go beyond entertainment. The initiative aims to build a stronger, more inclusive community, while instilling a deep appreciation for Pakistan’s heritage. The entire housing society will be adorned with festive lighting, adding to the charm and patriotic ambiance.
