Karachi: The first-ever Justuju Learning Forum, a flagship initiative under the USAID Local Works program, successfully convened in Karachi today. Organized by the CHANAN Development Association (CDA) in partnership with organizations like Signify, Mehardad Art and Production, Hive Pakistan, Interactive Resource Center (IRC), Sustainable Social Development Organization (SSDO), and the Lodhran Pilot Project (LPP), the event aimed to foster an inclusive society and advance the USAID Local Works agenda of localization.
Focus on Karachi’s Diverse Communities
The forum, centered on the vibrant neighborhoods of Karachi, provided a platform to address local challenges, share knowledge, and develop innovative, community-led solutions. The agenda featured group discussions, interactive sessions, and a Dastangoi (storytelling) performance to honor Karachi’s rich cultural diversity.
